As companies shift towards remote work, discontinuity among corporate teams is exponentially increasing. Further, the divide between restorative periods and focused work is disappearing, leading to burnout in many sectors.

We create tailored mindfulness programming that fits the needs, schedules, and lifestyles of busy people. We provide opportunities for teams to meaningfully connect at a distance through contemplative practice.
